Cookie Policy.
A short, plainly written list of every cookie this site sets and what each one does. We do not track you across other sites and we do not share anything with advertisers. Last updated 25 May 2026.
I. What is a cookie.
A cookie is a small string of text a website may store in your browser. The web has used cookies for thirty years, mostly for benign housekeeping — remembering whether you are logged in, what your language preference is, whether you have already seen the cookie notice. We use them only for that kind of housekeeping. We do not use them to track you across other sites and we do not share them with advertisers.
II. Strictly necessary.
Two pieces of information are stored in your browser's localStorage (technically not cookies, but functionally similar):
sbw-cookie-consent— records whether you have accepted or declined cookies. Without this we would have to ask you on every visit. Lifetime: until you clear it.- Session state — a short-lived identifier for your current visit, used only for form submissions. Cleared when you close the browser tab.
III. Optional — analytics.
If you accept cookies we load a single analytics identifier from Plausible Insights OÜ, a privacy-preserving analytics provider hosted in the European Union. Plausible does not set tracking cookies and does not identify you individually; we see aggregate visit counts, the page each visit landed on, and the country the visit came from. We do not see your IP address, browser fingerprint, or onward browsing. If you decline cookies, no analytics identifier is loaded and no analytics data is collected.
IV. Third-party.
We do not load any third-party JavaScript on the site other than the Plausible analytics script described above (which loads only if you accept cookies) and Google Fonts (which loads the typefaces the site is set in and is governed by Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy). We do not run advertising trackers, social-network widgets, or session-replay tools.
V. Changing your mind.
Open the developer console in your browser and run localStorage.removeItem('sbw-cookie-consent'), then reload the page; the cookie notice will reappear and you can change your choice. Or simply write to studio@strongbrandwords.com and we will walk you through it.
